ORDERING
OPTIONS
1. Security: This site has a secure connection to the ATS server so credit card information can be sent from our site in a secure manner.
2. Orders: If you prefer you may order by phone, you may call us toll free at

(orders only please). Fax orders can be phoned into 816-256-5673. E-mail orders or questions should be sent to
lcchristiansoftware@hotmail.com. Please include you name as it appears on the credit card, the type card (Visa, Mastercard or Discover/ Novus), your credit card number, expiration date, a current billing address, and the
items you wish to order by name and quantity. Schools or churches may pay by check. We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on software and will
match or beat any competitor's price!
You must phone us before returning software and you cannot have registered the
software in your name. No other returns are allowed unless there is a
defect in the product or the wrong product was sent. A charge of 5-10% will be made on each return,
depending on postage costs.
All sales of audio, videos or books or software closeouts are final. We stand behind the quality
of all the products we sell. If they are defective due to a bad tape, for
example, they will be replaced.
3. Special orders: If you do not see the product you desire or the price, please send us an e-mail or fax and we will try to get it for you at the lowest prices on the net. You

Shipping and handling:
Software is $6.95 for the first item and $2.50 for each additional item ordered.
Shipping and handling for music is $4.50 for the first item and $2.00 for each
added item ordered. Audios and Videos are $5.50 for the first item and $2.00 for
each additional item. Books are $5.95 for one
[$2.00 more will be charged for double volumes or oversized books] and $2.00 for
each additional book or music item. All items are shipped promptly. Free
shipping offers are only valid in the United States. Overseas customers
will be given discounted rates on free shipping items upon request. Shipping via
overnight or media mail available upon request.
